Daniele Sigalot

Daniele Sigalot (1976; Rome, Italy) is a conceptual artist whose artistic language is joyful, cynical and paradoxical through its content, materiality, and scale. Deeply ironic, he cultivated this ability to play with the ambiguous nature of our perceptions in his previous job at Saatchi & Saatchi.Since his first exhibition in 2006, his 40+ exhibits around the world have seen his works spanning diverse media such as text, aluminum, neon art, and photography. Notable shows have been held at La galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Rome, Italy; MoAD –Museum of Art and Design, Miami, USA; Bernheimer Contemporary, Berlin, Germany; Mayoral Galeria, Barcelona, Spain; Gallerie degli Uffizi, Firenze, Italy; La Triennale, Milan, Italy; Reggia di Caserta, Caserta, Italy; Palazzo Reale, Naples, Italy; Museo Archeologico, Potenza, Italy; MAR –Museo D’Arte, Ravenna.
