Paper Planes Simultaneously Hitting The Wall

Paper Planes Simultaneously Hitting The Wall

Daniele Sigalot’s paper planes have flown more than once around the world. These installations, in aluminum, polished and chromed steel or iron, have been exhibited in galleries and museums on every continent. In 2014, Fendi chose them to launch its new collection, filling 32 flagship stores around the world with their colorful geometries. In 2015 they landed at the Palazzo Reale of Naples, in 2017 a fleet composed of 1200 paper planes of aluminum hit the walls of the Reggia di Caserta. Colored Fleets filled the walls of MOAD in Miami, MAM in Mantua, Palazzo Tagliaferro in Ligurian Riviera, the Archaeological Museum in Basilicata, as well as galleries and private collections on every continent.
